CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Orders paid with credit card or money order will be shipped in 48 hours after we receive the order. Personal or Company check orders will be shipped as soon the check is cleared thru the bank. Our shipping method is via priority mail or via UPS ground. Please allow between 5 to 10 days for shipping depending regional areas in the continental USA. International shipping will be arranged upon request of customer’s method of shipment.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within ten days of receiving for a refund less 10% of restocking fee. All return goods must be in the same condition as when shipped. We will not refund or exchange CD’s that has had factory packaging opened. If it have factory defects we will replace upon receipt the defective one. We will not be responsible for damaged goods as a result of shipping and/or mishandling.
